Raptor's Den | Sim Racing Café
1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Raptor's Den Sim Racing Café ("we", "us", "our"), including sim racing activities, café services, and the sale of sim-racing products. By availing of our services or purchasing products from us, whether online or in-store, you ("you", "your") agree to comply with these terms.
2. Café Services
​
1. Sim Racing Sessions:
We offer sim racing setups on an hourly basis, including rookie and professional configurations.
2. Additional Services:
Events, refreshments, and other offerings may be available as part of our café services.
3. Equipment Use:
All equipment remains the property of Raptor's Den. Customers are responsible for damages caused by misuse.

3. Purchase of CAMMUS Products
​
1. Product Availability:
CAMMUS products are available for purchase both online and in-store at Raptor's Den.
2. Accepted Payment Methods:
For online purchases, payment methods include bank transfer and UPI.
For in-store purchases, we accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer.
3. Invoice Issuance:
Invoices will be provided via email, SMS, or as printed copies for all purchases.

4. Refund and Replacement Policy
​
1. Eligibility:
Refunds or replacements are only available for products that are found to be damaged at the time of delivery or collection.
2. Conditions:
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence or other proof.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons other than damage.
3. Process:
Eligible customers can request a refund or replacement by contacting us via email or phone.

5. After-Sales Support
​
1. Service Requests:
For after-sales support, customers are encouraged to contact CAMMUS directly for the fastest service.
Raptor's Den will also assist with customer inquiries, but CAMMUS remains the primary point of contact for technical support and warranties.
2. Warranty:
Warranty terms are governed by CAMMUS policies, and customers must adhere to their guidelines.

6. Payment Terms

1. Invoice Payments:
Payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.
2. Late Fees:
For deferred payments, full amounts must be cleared within the specified timeframe. A 2% late fee per month applies to overdue payments.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
​
1. Cancellation Policy (Sim Racing Services):
Cancellations for sim racing sessions or events must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session or event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Policy (CAMMUS Products):
Cancellations for CAMMUS product purchases are only allowed if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched from the store.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Shipping Policy
​
1. Shipping Timeline:
Shipping for CAMMUS products may take 7 to 21 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Raptor's Den is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be itemized separately on the invoice, ensuring transparency in costs.
3. Tracking Information:
Customers will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping provider for updates on delivery status.

9. Liability
​
1. Sim Racing Participation:
Customers participate in sim racing and related activities at their own risk. Raptor's Den is not liable for injuries sustained while using the equipment.
2. Product Damage During Use:
Raptor's Den is not responsible for damage to CAMMUS products due to improper use by the customer.

10. Disputes and Adjustments
​
1. Billing Errors:
Any discrepancies in invoices must be reported within 2 business days.
Adjustments will be made for overcharges or billing errors.
2. Product Disputes:
Disputes regarding product quality or damage must follow the process outlined in Section 4.

11. Taxes and Additional Charges
​
1. Taxes:
Raptor's Den is currently not a GST-registered establishment.
Applicable taxes, such as custom duties or other statutory charges, will be itemized on the invoice where relevant.
2. Additional Charges:
Any additional fees (e.g., custom setups, special delivery services) will also be clearly itemized on the invoice.

12. Modifications to Terms
​
1. Changes to Terms:
Raptor's Den reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated via appropriate channels.
