Raptor's Den | Sim Racing Café
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services and transactions conducted with Raptor’s Den Sim Racing Café (“Raptor’s Den”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging in business with Raptor’s Den, including but not limited to sim racing services, event participation, product purchases, or payment transactions, you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) agree to these Terms.
2. Services
1. Sim Racing Sessions: Offered on an hourly basis using rookie and professional setups. All bookings are subject to availability and advance payment confirmation.
2. Events and Café Services: Participation in events and consumption of refreshments are governed by these Terms.
3. Equipment: All equipment remains the exclusive property of Raptor’s Den. Customers shall be liable for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional harm.
3. Product Sales
1. Products Offered: Raptor’s Den is an authorized reseller of CAMMUS sim racing products.
2. Payments: Online (UPI, netbanking), In-store (Cash, UPI, netbanking). Payment is required in full prior to dispatch or collection.
3. Invoices: Issued electronically or in print, detailing charges, taxes (if any), and additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
1. Sim Racing Services: Cancellation ≥1 hour before booking: 100% refund. Cancellation <1 hour: 20% cancellation fee.
2. Product Purchases: Cancellations accepted only prior to dispatch. Refunds/replacements are only applicable for damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery/collection with supporting evidence.
3. Exclusions: Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect use, or after safe delivery.
4. All refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days.
5. Shipping
1. Timelines: 14–40 business days post-dispatch (subject to third-party delays, customs clearance).
2. Charges: Itemized on invoice.
3. Tracking: Shared upon dispatch; customers are responsible for tracking their
orders.
6. After-Sales Support
1. Technical and warranty support is primarily provided by CAMMUS as per their policies.
2. Raptor’s Den may act as a facilitator but is not directly responsible for manufacturer obligations.
7. Payments & Financial Terms
1. Immediate Payment: All invoices must be settled immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Deferred Payments: If extended, balances must be cleared within the agreed timeframe.
3. Late Fees: Overdue balances will accrue a 2% late fee per month.
4. Non-Payment: Raptor’s Den reserves the right to withhold services, products, or bookings in cases of non-payment.
8. Liability
1. Participation: All sim racing activities are at the customer’s own risk. Raptor’s Den is
not liable for physical injury or discomfort arising during use.
2. Products: Raptor’s Den is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, use, or modification of CAMMUS products.
3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, etc.).
9. Privacy & Data Protection
1. We collect and process customer data (name, contact details, payment details) solely for operational, transactional, and legal purposes.
2. Data is stored securely and shared only with authorized payment providers, shipping partners, or regulators where legally required.
3. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Taxes & Additional Charges
1. Raptor’s Den is currently not GST-registered.
2. Any applicable duties, charges, or levies (including customs) will be passed on to the customer and itemized.
11. Disputes
1. Billing Errors: Must be reported within 2 business days for resolution.
2. Product Issues: Must follow Section 4 guidelines.
3. Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
12. Amendments
Raptor’s Den reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on our official website and will govern all subsequent transactions.
