Membership Terms

Raptor's Den | Sim Racing Cafe

These Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") govern all memberships offered by Raptor's Den Sim Racing Cafe ("Raptor's Den", "we", "our", or "us").


By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

  1. Raptor's Den offers simulator memberships designed to provide discounted access to our sim racing facilities and selected member benefits.

  2. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and remain the property of Raptor's Den.

  3. Membership availability may be limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Membership Types

Raptor's Den currently offers the following memberships:

  • Rookie Driver Pass

  • Professional Driver Pass

Membership pricing and availability are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
 

3. Membership Benefits

Unless otherwise stated, every membership includes:

  • Ten (10) simulator sessions.

  • Members may choose a 15-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute session for each booking.

  • Each booked visit counts as one (1) session, regardless of the selected duration.

  • Members may book simulator sessions up to three (3) days in advance, subject to availability.

  • Members may bring friends or family members to use available sessions, provided the membership holder remains present throughout the visit.

  • Sessions used by guests are deducted from the member's remaining session balance.

  • Active members receive advertised membership benefits during eligible Raptor's Den events.

Benefits may vary during promotional periods or special offers.

4. Booking Rules

  1. Membership bookings are subject to simulator availability.

  2. Members may schedule bookings a maximum of three (3) days in advance.

  3. Membership does not guarantee immediate access, exclusive use, or priority over previously confirmed bookings.

  4. Members are encouraged to arrive at least five (5) minutes before their scheduled booking.

  5. Customers arriving more than ten (10) minutes after their scheduled booking may have their session shortened or forfeited.

5. Guest Usage

  1. Membership holders may use their available sessions for friends or family members.

  2. The membership holder must remain physically present throughout the visit.

  3. Every guest session will be deducted from the membership holder's remaining session balance.

  4. Memberships may not be loaned, shared, rented, or otherwise transferred to another person.

6. iRacing & Third-Party Software

  1. Memberships provide access to Raptor's Den simulator equipment only.

  2. Certain simulator titles require separate third-party accounts or subscriptions.

  3. iRacing requires an active iRacing membership linked to the customer's own iRacing account.

  4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Raptor's Den does not provide iRacing memberships as part of any membership package.

  5. Members are responsible for maintaining any required third-party subscriptions.
     

7. Event Benefits

  1. Active members may receive additional benefits during eligible Raptor's Den events.

  2. Where advertised, members receive ten (10) minutes of additional practice time before their official event session.

  3. Event benefits apply only while the membership remains active.

  4. Membership benefits apply only to events organised by Raptor's Den unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Fair Use

Memberships are intended for genuine recreational use.

Raptor's Den reserves the right to investigate activity that appears inconsistent with normal membership usage.

Examples include:

  • fraudulent bookings;

  • repeated misuse of guest privileges;

  • circumventing booking limits;

  • providing false information;

  • attempting to transfer membership benefits.

9. Membership Restrictions

Memberships:

  • are non-transferable;

  • have no cash value;

  • may not be exchanged for refunds once activated;

  • may not be resold.

Only the registered membership holder may manage bookings associated with the membership.

10. Suspension & Termination

Raptor's Den reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund where a member:

  • breaches these Membership Terms;

  • violates the Terms & Conditions;

  • damages equipment;

  • behaves abusively toward staff or customers;

  • commits fraud;

  • misuses membership benefits; or

  • engages in illegal activity.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent refusal of future memberships.
 

11. Membership Changes

Raptor's Den may modify:

  • membership pricing;

  • membership availability;

  • benefits;

  • booking rules;

  • promotional offers; or

  • renewal incentives.

Such changes apply to future membership purchases unless otherwise stated.

Existing active memberships will continue to receive the benefits that were advertised at the time of purchase unless a change is required by law or is necessary for safety or operational reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

Membership benefits are provided subject to simulator availability, maintenance schedules, technical limitations, and operational requirements.

​

Raptor's Den shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the temporary unavailability of membership benefits.

​

Where a booked membership session cannot proceed due to equipment failure or technical issues within our reasonable control, the affected session will be restored to the member's available balance.

​​

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
